The largest Sake tasting event in Canada

The Sake Association of British Columbia (SABC) presents the Vancouver Sake Fest ‘24, the largest Sake tasting event ever held in Canada. The previous Sake Fest was completely sold out, and we hope that you can join us again this year!

The entire SABC membership will be present at the all-day event, which will also include a daytime trading session, showcasing over 150 products from more than 21 sake brewers and importers from Japan, Canada and the United States.

About Speaker: Lara Victoria, MBA, DipWSET, CSW Lara is a Certified WSET Sake Educator.

She studied sake with WSET in Japan and has taught sake to many in Vancouver since 2017. She serves as a judge for sake at international competitions and contributes as a writer on the subject in online and print magazines, including BC Liquor Stores’ TASTE Magazine. Her love and respect for the Japanese culture influences her work as a hospitality consultant, sake educator, recipe developer, food stylist, and food photographer.
