About Speaker: Lara Victoria, MBA, DipWSET, CSW Lara is a Certified WSET Sake Educator.

She studied sake with WSET in Japan and has taught sake to many in Vancouver since 2017. She serves as a judge for sake at international competitions and contributes as a writer on the subject in online and print magazines, including BC Liquor Stores’ TASTE Magazine. Her love and respect for the Japanese culture influences her work as a hospitality consultant, sake educator, recipe developer, food stylist, and food photographer.
