Yucho Shuzo has produced sake for over 300 years in Nara, an area considered to be the birthplace of sake. The brewery is surrounded by tall mountains, large waterfalls and beautiful rivers which is a perfect place for sake production.

The brewery uses spring water from Mt. Kongō located between Nara and Osaka. They have taken the fresh spring water from their two deep wells in their site, the water contains hard minerals which characterizes the taste of their sake.

KAZE no MORI -ALPAH Type 3-

Kaze no Mori is a sake based on Nara’s traditional Sake brewing method. While respecting the tradition method, they were seeking for new possibilities of Sake which is the “ALPHA TYPE”.
Its fresh pear and apricot aroma; semi-sweet, smooth and unique texture make ALPHA TYPE3 easy to enjoy for sake beginners and lovers. Also, the sake is slightly fizzy which makes this fresh enjoyable drink to create a relaxing moment.
