Dewanosato Shiboritate Nama (Genshu) was created to celebrate the IWC (International Wine Challenge) Champion Sake award won by Dewanosato Junmai.
Bottled as nama genshu—unpasteurised and undiluted—this limited-edition sake captures the brewery’s craftsmanship at its most pure and expressive. Brewed with Dewanosato, a sake rice variety developed in Yamagata Prefecture, it offers a full-bodied yet refined profile, showcasing deep umami, vibrant freshness, and a long, satisfying finish.
