  • 中文詳細介紹

From Saito Sake Brewery in Fushimi, Kyoto, this distinctive liqueur combines the elegant character of ginjo sake with the warm, aromatic depth of hojicha, Japan’s beloved roasted green tea.

The nose opens with inviting aromas of freshly roasted tea, followed by subtle fruity and floral notes from the ginjo sake. Smooth and mellow on the palate, it offers gentle sweetness and rich roasted hojicha tea flavours, beautifully balanced by the delicate umami and soft texture of sake. The finish is warm, lingering, and pleasantly toasty, with the comforting character of hojicha remaining on the palate.

Its elegant balance and layered character make it enjoyable on its own, chilled or over ice. It also pairs beautifully with desserts, chocolate, and lightly savory dishes, offering a unique and sophisticated way to enjoy the familiar warmth of hojicha alongside the refined character of ginjo sake.
