This JUNMAI DAIGINJO has won several gold prize in the tasting competition in Japan. It is made from the breweing rice ”IWAI MAI” which is polished to only 35%. It makes it smooth with a mild fruity fragrance. It now became a well-known brand for tourists in Kyoto with many compliments.

使用日本京都特產祝米。祝米在昭和初期時的京都培植,祝米的種植非常困難,為日本清酒必較少見的米種。採用京都伏見之銘水「白菊水」(天然泉水)搭配釀製而成。酒味濃醇,餘韻較長。可冷飲或常溫飲用,建議熱飲溫度為攝氏55度以下。建議搭配牛排、燒雞串、鵝肝、壽喜燒、中華料理。
