In 2013, To celebrate their 120th years anniversary, they have created a limited-edition sake – “Tokubestu Junmai Karesansui 10 year aged sake.
It is an aged sake (Junmai / pure rice sake) that is fermented for 10 years at a low temperature. It has a beautiful amber colour and a deep scent which embraces your mouth. You can enjoy its rich and mild lingering taste served hot (50℃) or cold.
