This Premium Daiginjo Genshu using a method called “TOBIN-DORI, which you don’t need a traditional wooden tool to apply pressure, it just hangs the sake bag (moromi-unrefined sake) on the tank and drips Sake with its own weight naturally.
It is a luxurious and precious Sake that collected only dripping drops in a bottle (a glass bottle called “TOBIN”). A gentle, soft sweetness created by aging at low-temperature ripening.
It features a mellow taste and a clear scent of Yamada Nishiki.
