FUSION OF JAPANESE & FRENCH CUISINE
This restaurant provides a great selection of unique dishes, which are not typical Japanese cuisine. The name “Yugo” means “fusion” in Japanese. As the name of its name, it provides elegant food of Japanese-French fusion cuisine. The restaurant buzzed with excited energy and is surrounded by amazing stuff. Their chiefs are not only experienced and talented in their jobs, but also creative and dedicated to making the unique dishes.
The refreshing interior design displays a cross between mid-century modern with classic Japanese style. The delightful marriage of classic and modern designs gives the restaurant a unique and elegant appearance. The designs are brightened up with elegant lighting that leave you utterly relaxed. You can also enjoy a wonderful view of the workshop-like bar where you can see the staffs making beverages.

Only fresh ingredients are used in the dishes which served in a beautiful plating. The chefs take great care in selecting best quality ingredients. The foods served may not be a typical Japanese-French fusion cuisine, but the flavours have remarkable depth.
Scallop Ceviche
A beautiful presentation of scallops with cherry tomato, red onions, cucumber and micro greens. All scallops are from Hokkaido, leading to taste a lot creamier and softer than typical scallops.
Ebi Mayo
The crispy Ebi (prawn) comes on greens with Miso Mayo. The Ebi is deep-fried, but surprisingly not oily at all. The mayo-based dressing works perfectly with the crispy and fresh prawn.
Sakura Roll
A spectacular salad roll served on a plate with a sauce brushed. This roll contains spicy tuna tempura, cucumber, avocado, tuna tataki and green onion. Its composition iscolorful and attractive. Not only the taste is amazing, but the appearance leads this dish unique that you cannot see at other places.
Black Cod
One of the most popular dishes in Yugo restaurant. A buttery and tasty black cod paired perfectly with soba (noodles : made from buckwheat flour), daikon and mushroom in yuzu sauce. The soba is pan-fried with mushroom, which brings the flavor of black cod to the next level.
