KIJOSHU
Kijoshu is an unique type of SAKE that sake is added instead of water during the deliberate brewing stages. This is a special sweet dessert sake.
About KIJOSHU “SWEEEEET “
By adding SAKE instead of water, there is less sugar turned into alcohol at the fermentation process, resulting in a more concentrated sweetness.

The five letters of “e” in its name represents five ways to *E* njoy this sake. You can enjoy it by chilled, on the rocks, with soda, with desserts, or as a Sake cocktail.
Dewazakura
Enjoy chilled
Try it with the most common way!
Recommend cooling down to around 5℃. The rich sweetness and Umami will spread throughout the mouth.
Enjoy with ice
The alcohol content is relatively high at 15%. Drinking with ice will create the freshness. Also, enjoy the change in taste after the ice melts.
Enjoy with sparkling water
SWeeeeeT with Soda
The sweet with precise bubbles crate a great mouthfeel. Recommend adding sparkling water into SWeeeeeT at 1:1 ratio. Adding a slice of Lemon will enhance the freshness even more!
SWeeeeeT 1 : SODA 1
- Mix the SWeeeeeT and soda in a glass.
- Serve over crushed ice and a sliced lemon.
- Just enjoy!
Enjoy with desserts
SWeeeeeT can also be used as syrup of some desserts.
Adding SWeeeeeT to Ice cream or shaved ice will change the impression amazingly! Also, adding to Pancake or Castella will create arrogant deserts.
Try drizzle SWeeeeeT on top of whipped cream. You will love it.
Enjoy as a sake cocktail
Martini
Enjoy the great harmony of its sweetness and the fabulous aroma of gin.
SWeeeeeT: 40ml
Gin: 20ml
- Add ice and water into a mixing glass and stir lightly
- Throw the water away and add all ingredients
- Stir it around 15 times
- Add some olives
Mojito
Use SWeeeeeT instead of ram to create a original Mojito!
SWeeeeeT: 50ml
Lime: 1/2
Mint: 10 leaves
Sparkling water: Preferred amount
- Squeeze the lime and add into glass with the skin
- Add the mint leaves and mash them with spoon
- Add crushed ice and some sparkling water
- Stir it thoroughly
Samurai Rock
Adding citrus juice creates a refreshing and tart cocktail. This refreshing cocktail will satisfy your thirst in summer!
SWeeeeeT: 90ml
Lemon juice: 10ml
Lime juice: 10ml
- Add all the ingredients with ice
- Stir it lightly
