CHOYA UMESHU BASIC DRINK RECIPES

UMESHU

is a very unique Japanese alcoholic beverages. Its sweet and mild flavour is widely loved by any generations.
Especially CHOYA is well know as UMESHU producer and the biggest UMESHU maker in the world. CHOYA does not use any artificial additives in any of their products, such as acidulates, flavourings, or colourings.

This UMESHU called HONKAKU UMESHU(本格梅酒)which means TRADITIONAL REAL UMESHU.

It will take at least one year of aging to make CHOYA UMESHU. This slow aging process will allow to fully extract from the UME fruit. This is the way and best way to make authentic UMESHU.

This sparkling UMESHU is refreshing drink. This is the most traditional way to enjoy CHOYA UMESHU.

CHOYA23 (UMESHU) 1 :  SODA 2

  1. Mix the CHOYA23 and soda in a champagne glass (flute).
  2. Serve over crushed ice and UME fruit.
  3. Just enjoy!

This is the most traditional way to enjoy CHOYA UMESHU, UMESHU ROCKS.

CHOYA23 (UMESHU)  & ICE

  1. Chill your favourite glass or mug and filled with ice.
  2. Pour UMESHU into the glass with a UME fruit.
  3. Just enjoy!
