KOI GOLD - Junmai Daiginjo
PASSION & CRAFTMANSHIP
The ceramic bottle is made in the city of Tajimi in Gifu prefecture, a city well known for producing Koda-yaki Pottery. It is said that earthenware made with Tajimi soil has an excellent affinity with sake and gives sake a smoother taste.
From the fruity aroma to the well-balanced and full-bodied flavour, KOI gold is crafted with masterful attention to all the delicate details.
This eye-catching pure golden fish design on a rustic pottery backdrop is the quintessence of beauty and luxury, reminiscent of a glittering KOI fish gliding elegantly through water.
