Kannoko is a smooth, long-aged barley shochu with a rich amber color. Made from 100% high-quality barley and distilled in a single pot, it is aged for over three years in carefully charred white oak barrels. This gives it a gentle smokiness and sweet vanilla aroma.
On the palate, it is mellow and smooth with a soft, warm finish.

Kannoko can be enjoyed on the rocks, as a highball, or mixed with soda for a refreshing drink, and it pairs well with a variety of foods. Its name comes from a spring near Makurazaki, Kagoshima that never dries, symbolizing its enduring quality.
